Hi, I'm Lou and I am passionate about holistic therapies and learning about our own ability to self-heal. As soon as I had my first reflexology treatment I just knew it was something I had to learn to enable me to help others. Reflexology quickly became my passion, allowing others to understand the intricate nature of our bodies and minds and how they connect, and how with gentle encouragement, we can enable the body to nurture and heal itself holistically.

After qualifying I spent some time volunteering at charity events and hospices, giving those who may not have been able to access complementary therapies the chance to experience the benefits, as well as gaining invaluable experience myself.

My journey then led me into the wonderful world of Reiki which has its origins in Japan.
